Decommissioning Consulting Services (DCS) is pleased to announce that the company has merged with ARCADIS, a publicly traded company (EURONEXT: ARCAD) effective 21 March 2013. ARCADIS is an international company providing consultancy, design, engineering and management services in the fields of infrastructure, water, environment and buildings. DCS, and its associated company SENES, have a long standing tradition of offering high quality services to the energy, environmental and remediation sectors around the world. The combination of DCS and SENES with ARCADIS joins similiar minded organizations and will allow us to expand into technical and geographic areas that we could not secure on our own.
