Decommissioning Consulting Services Limited (DCS) is a wholly Canadian-owned company established to provide a complete range of environmental services in the fields of site investigation, facility assessment and environmental engineering, design and remediation.

DCS, with its Head Office just north of Toronto in Richmond Hill, Ontario, services Ontario, as well as other Canadian provinces. International locations are also serviced from the Head Office or in conjunction with affiliate offices in Vancouver and Ottawa, Canada; United States, India and Chile. Since the company was formed in 1990, over 3000 projects have been completed for a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors.
