Decommissioning Consulting Services Limited (DCS) is a wholly Canadian-owned company established to provide a complete range of environmental services in the fields of site supervision, facility assessment and environmental engineering, design and remediation.

Our mix of scientific, engineering and field staff allows DCS to provide fully integrated services from initial site reconnaissance through investigation, engineering design, preparation and supervision of remedial programs, contract management and, ultimately, to post-remedial monitoring and sign-off.

DCS is a member of the Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario (EACO)
Ontario's new Record of Site Condition regulation, Ontario Regulation 153/04, is now in effect.
